We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Service Analytics department in the Service Division. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to consult with senior leaders to solve business problems. As a Data & BI Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to support business decisions. This includes understanding division results, key business drivers, and strategies in order to address business questions. You will also work with data sets, extract and transform data, and proactively identify data quality issues. In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define business and data requirements, perform statistical analysis, and provide actionable insights through root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and data visualization. You will communicate your findings to business partners and non-technical audiences, build and manage business relationships, and document process improvements. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of analytics experience. A bachelor's degree in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics is preferred, along with knowledge of database systems and SQL. In terms of personal qualifications, you should be able to work independently and in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and lead cross-functional teams. You should also have problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze and interpret data, and the capacity to communicate complex information clearly. The salary range for this role is $78,795-$134,163 and includes benefits, bonuses, and profit sharing.
