Job Description: Fulfillment Expert

Fulfillment Experts are responsible for ensuring our guests have a consistent and convenient experience. They pick, pack, sort, and ship products to fulfill guests' orders, providing quality service and convenience.

What You Will Gain:

• Experience in a dynamic work environment where daily tasks change based on guest ordering patterns
• Skills to assess daily business and determine how to meet digital demand
• Knowledge of reporting systems that show changes in digital guest traffic patterns throughout the day
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales, inventory management, and process efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests, observing their needs or desire for interaction
• Be knowledgeable about products and services to help guests find what they need and improve their experience
• Select items for order pickup, drive up, and ship to home for digital guest orders
• Properly pack and sort guest orders for shipment
• Meet productivity metrics and other fulfillment goals
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest orders
• Keep work area organized and stocked
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Support guest services, such as backup cashier, order pick up, and drive up
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
