What You Will Do:
The Requirements Manager will work closely with product owners and our customers to identify and understand software requirements and design specifications. You will also review client policies and processes to extract requirements for solution design. Your role will involve translating technical information into clear and easy-to-understand documents that can be used by both technical and non-technical individuals. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to identify, track, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the entire solution lifecycle. This includes creating and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and providing support for testing against the requirements. As a senior consultant on our team, you will also review documentation for accuracy, progress, and compliance with design concepts and system standards.

- Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience, and location. The selected candidate must be local and able to work from one of our offices in Tysons, VA (HQ) or Washington DC as needed. In-person client meetings may be required.
- This is a full-time position that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
- Selected candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard Hours.
What Would Be Nice To Have:

- Experience with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and deployment of IAM systems
- Experience with a Credential Management System (CMS)
- Knowledge or experience in projects related to PIV Credentialing Systems, IAM Architecture, Identity Management, and other IAM solutions
- Understanding of physical and logical access control principles
- Ability to provide guidance and documentation for IAM-related security policies, procedures, and guidelines
