Starting Hourly Rate: $15.75 USD per hour

• As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you have the flexibility to choose your own schedule based on shift availability and store needs. This is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.
• You will have the opportunity to pick up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using our myTime mobile scheduling app.
• Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment.
• If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo short-term structured training to prepare for your role.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will prioritize guest service and interaction. Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests to create a positive experience for all
• Being knowledgeable about products and services to address guest inquiries
• Using problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns
• Promoting and selling various offerings and services
• Assisting with tasks such as scanning items, bagging, and maintaining a clean work area
• Engaging with guests through the Target App and other digital features
• Supporting order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services

Additional Expectations:

• Accurate cash register operations and cash handling

• Active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts
