We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team for an exciting Fortune 500 retail client. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing company branded on-campus locations, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and handling complex schedules. Your attention to detail and ability to lead projects from planning to troubleshooting will be essential. We value teamwork and provide a fun-filled atmosphere. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage two on-campus locations, including inventory management, order placement, receiving incoming freight, stocking merchandise, and ensuring presentable locations at all times. - Provide excellent customer service, ensure stores are stocked, and ensure all merchandise is scannable in the POS system. - Lead small department-driven projects and manage project expectations with the team, the client, and other stakeholders. - Facilitate regular communication with the client to refine workflow processes, ensuring speed and quality. - Maintain open communication with the warehouse team on any opportunities and collaborate on pricing, labels, and item confirmation. - Have in-depth knowledge of the client's brand to deliver excellent results. - Work independently to resolve issues and roadblocks. - Identify process problems and recommend improvements. - Effectively communicate updates, milestones, and status reports to all stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent education and experience will be considered. - At least 1 year of marketing project management experience in an agency or retail setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to respond quickly and effectively to client needs and issues. - Detail-oriented with a focus on outstanding customer service. Preferred Skills: - Retail experience. - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management methodologies. - Strong background in the retail business. - Strong interpersonal and management skills. - Ability to negotiate, problem-solve creatively, build relationships, and think strategically. - Willingness to learn client-specific project management programs and processes. Essential Functions of the Job: - Ability to lift 10-15 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds occasionally. - Ability to stand for long hours.
