Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Data Steward to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality and adherence to data management standards. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to collect and maintain business metadata and monitor data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and understand finance and data needs
• Act as a subject matter expert in data management
• Support the implementation of Data Governance processes and policies
• Ensure data protection and compliance with regulations
• Implement data quality strategies and monitor data quality dashboards
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Build metadata repositories and promote data awareness

Critical Skills:

• Strong familiarity with data and analytics terminology
• Experience with data governance and data management tools
• Knowledge of sales, finance, and business analytics relevant to the healthcare industry
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in SQL and familiarity with SAP BW (Business Warehouse)

Education/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related field, master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience as a Data Steward or Business Systems Analyst

Salary: $109,500.00 - $146,000.00 - $182,500.00 USD Annual
