About On-Demand:

As an On-Demand team member (TM), you can work as much or as little as you like, based on your schedule and store needs. This role offers personalized work scheduling.

Responsibilities as an On-Demand TM:

• Create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members.
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, and responding to communication attempts.
• Regular attendance is necessary, and working at least one shift within 6 months is required.
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term structured training schedule.
• Pick up shifts using the myTime mobile scheduling app.

About Service & Engagement:

Guest Advocates are responsible for providing excellent guest service, both in physical and digital interactions. They welcome, thank, and exceed guest expectations. They are knowledgeable about products and services, and promote their benefits to improve the guest experience.

• Ability to communicate and interact inclusively with guests.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to positively impact the guest experience.
• Adaptability in different guest interactions and situations.
• Experience in promoting and selling various benefits, offerings, and services.
• Ability to work in a fun and energetic environment, and provide service that makes guests say "I LOVE TARGET!"
