    A Typical Day As a Guest Advocate Includes:

    • Creating a welcoming experience for all guests by greeting them sincerely
    • Identifying when a guest needs assistance and tailoring your approach accordingly
    • Engaging with guests to understand their specific needs and providing helpful recommendations
    • Being knowledgeable about our products and services to enhance the guest experience
    • Efficiently scanning and bagging items while adhering to safety standards
    • Informing guests of upcoming store activities, brand launches, and events
    • Promoting the Target RedCard and assisting guests with the application process
    • Guiding guests on how to use the Target App and its features
    • Assisting guests with order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
    • Ensuring ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
    • Supporting additional guest services, such as adult beverage laws compliance
