Position: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager We are looking for someone with experience in driving transformation and managing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong collaboration and leadership skills, including the ability to work with executives. This role will also be responsible for managing our governance processes. In addition to the transformation responsibilities, the role will act as a backup resource for the FP&A COE team. This includes supporting reporting and analytics for multiple business units' operating expenses to ensure uninterrupted service. The role will help with financial reporting, variance analysis, presentations, forecasting, budgeting, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Drive process optimization and standardization within and across business units as part of our Finance Transformation strategy - Identify opportunities for standardized reporting and processes and develop a systematic approach to capture and execute those opportunities - Lead working groups, create information-sharing forums, and track the adoption of procedures and processes - Interface regularly with senior executives - Complete ad-hoc projects as requested by senior leadership Minimum Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Corporate Finance - 7+ years of financial or accounting experience Critical Skills/Business Experience: - Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills - Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements - Experience with management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting - Ability to balance strategic planning and tactical FP&A activities - Experience driving process optimization and finance transformation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written - Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to initiate and manage projects independently - Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence decision-making - Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities with competing deadlines - Ability to navigate complex issues and propose solutions through critical thinking - Experienced in forecasting headcounts/workforce and their impact on operating expenses Additional Knowledge and Skills: - Self-organizing, dependable, efficient, and results-oriented - Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills - Moderate experience with FP&A systems such as Hyperion Planning, SAP SAC, COPA, IBM TM1, Workday Adaptive Planning, or SAP BPC (preferred) - SAP experience and previous healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred) - JDE Enterprise One and Oracle NetSuite experience (recommended but not required) Please note that this position requires authorization to work in the US, and sponsorship is not available.
