About the On-Demand Position

At Target, we offer an On-Demand position where you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, creating your personalized schedule. As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to pick up shifts that suit your availability through our myTime mobile scheduling app.

To succeed in this role, it is important for you to actively engage by picking up and working shifts as well as responding to our contact attempts. We will reach out to you throughout the year to confirm your interest and availability. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment.

Upon being offered the position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your new role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you desire.

About Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will be an advocate for our guests, providing excellent service and creating an inclusive experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with guests, solve problems, and promote our products and services. Your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Assisting and understanding guests' needs
• Providing information about products and services
• Thanking guests and making them feel valued
• Efficiently scanning and bagging items
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Resolving guest concerns
• Supporting order pick-up and drive-up services
