    Consumer Lending Advisor
    This is a contract position.

    About this position
    This financial technology business is seeking a dynamic individual to join its rapidly expanding support center team.
    As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and responding to their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and effectively. We are looking for someone who is informative, empathetic, and possesses a strong problem-solving ability, while always maintaining a professional and polite manner.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer issues with speed, finding answers promptly, and addressing concerns in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner.
    • Manage outgoing OR incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers.
    • Possess the ability to quickly memorize, recall, or research answers to customer inquiries.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer care and focus by assessing customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions, troubleshooting steps, or guidance for a positive customer experience.
    • Learn and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies.
    • Strive to exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas.
    • Aim for swift resolution of customer inquiries.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions, organizing and filing profile/account changes.

    Skills/Requirements

    • Strong ability to think quickly and respond promptly to customer issues.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
    • Strong customer-centric approach and the ability to assess customer needs accurately.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new customer service procedures and policies.
    • Motivated to meet and exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of accurately recording and organizing customer interactions.
    • Comfortable with being on camera during training and meetings.

    Hours and Work Schedule:

    • Hours per Week: 40 hours
    • Work Schedule: Mid-morning to afternoon start times
    • Must be available to work one weekend day.

    Pay: Starting at $18/hr
