ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Our General Merchandise team is responsible for ensuring a consistent experience for our guests. They handle operations, processes, and efficiency, making sure products are stocked, priced accurately, and signed on the sales floor. They lead various processes such as inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional activities across all GM areas of the store. They also play a crucial role in fulfilling guest orders through pick, pack, and ship processes.
