Role: Sr Bindery Operator As a Sr Bindery Operator at Target Printing Services, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various equipment. Your role will include: - Setting up jobs and following instructions to ensure timely completion - Maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to operational, safety, and quality procedures - Entering production data accurately into our system - Maintaining a clean and safe work area - Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting - Providing training to team members - Collaborating with leaders to improve production - Supporting other work areas as needed Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Attention to quality - Ability to work independently - Reading, understanding, and following job instructions - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Availability for 12-hour shifts and ability to stand for long periods - Minimum 5 years of equipment operating experience Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Target is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
