ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

As an On-Demand TM (Team Member), you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you, as posted by leaders or other team members via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates at Target prioritize the guest service experience by exceeding expectations and focusing on guest interaction and recovery. They are knowledgeable about both physical and digital services and solutions, promoting and selling various benefits, offerings, and services. As a Guest Advocate, no two days are the same, but your typical responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
• Identifying and assisting guests who need help or want to interact
• Engaging with guests in a genuine way and understanding their needs
• Being knowledgeable about products, services, and resolving guest issues
• Thanking guests and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience
• Efficiently scanning and bagging guest items
• Informing guests about brand launches, activities, and events
• Promoting the Target RedCard and assisting guests with the application process
• Assisting guests with fulfillment services and using the Target App
• Handling returns and de-escalating any negative situations
• Providing easy and seamless service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety policies and best practices
• Supporting other guest services and business needs
