    What You Will Do:

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients, including financial services companies, banks, regulators, law firms, and more. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment and provide innovative solutions to our clients' most pressing challenges.

    We help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, increase efficiency, enhance transparency, and ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations. Our projects are dynamic and require individuals who can think critically and work independently or as part of a team. You will have the chance to interact with senior management at client organizations and develop skills in technical competency, business development, client service, and team management.

    What You Will Need:

    • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
    • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Must graduate from an accredited degree program between Fall of 2023 and Summer of 2024)
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher level of federal/government security clearance
    • US Citizenship is required for security clearance

    What Would Be Nice To Have:

    • Majoring in: Business, Economics, Accounting, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or other related field of study
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to create and edit written work products and presentations
    • Ability to approach problems from various perspectives and provide multiple solutions
    • Experience in client-facing discussions and meetings
    • Quick learning and ability to synthesize information
    • Interest in supporting public sector clients in the financial services industry
    • Knowledge of management principles
    • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and document operational processes
    • Experience in planning and executing projects of varying complexity
    • Experience producing high-impact work products in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work with IT solutions and systems
    • Knowledge of the software development life cycle

    The annual salary range for this position is $54,500.00-$98,200.00. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, security clearances, and organizational needs.
