Starting Hourly Rate: $17.25 USD per hour

About the Role:

We are looking for Guest Advocates who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Advocate, you will go above and beyond to exceed guest service expectations in both physical and digital interactions. We value inclusivity and the ability to adapt to different situations. You will have the opportunity to promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and identifying their needs
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs
• Provide assistance to guests and improve their experience by offering information about products and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at your work area
• Support various guest services, such as order pick-up and drive-up
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Attention to detail while multitasking
• Willingness to educate guests and promote products and services
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Details:

• Accurate handling of cash register operations and cash transactions
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates
• Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
