Job Description

Position: Warehouse Associate - Type: Full-Time - Hours: 30-35 hours per week - Starting Wage: Up to $23.75 per hour - Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00PM start time Schedules: - Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week. - Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week. - Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday (2 out of every 3 weeks) with 2 consecutive weekdays off. (Three-week rotating schedule) - Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday (every other weekend) with 2 weekdays off. (Four-week rotating schedule) - Schedule D: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week. Responsibilities: - Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders. - Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines. - Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment. - Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. - Assist with warehouse inventory counts. - Communicate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership. - Provide input to improve warehouse processes. - Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation. - Act independently within assigned responsibilities. - Help achieve budgeted goals. - Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. - Follow ergonomic and safety procedures. - Operate equipment safely. Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old. - Acts conscientiously, collaborates with the team, demonstrates a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes and executes tasks efficiently. - Ability to interpret company policies and procedures. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic math skills. - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Able to work independently and in a team. Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: - Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds. - Move merchandise throughout the warehouse. - Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk. - Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments. - Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
