Job Overview: Title: DtV Project Manager, Supply Chain – Coffee Beverages We are looking for a DtV Project Manager to join our team in the Supply Chain department. In this role, you will lead cross functional teams to optimize material costs and enhance our customer-oriented portfolio. You will work with internal and external partners to ensure successful service delivery to all stakeholders. As a member of the Coffee Supply Chain Team, you will contribute to building and driving supply chain resiliency, productivity, improved quality, service, and top line growth. Responsibilities: - Process Excellence: Lead cross-functional teams to integrate and align various objectives such as innovation, procurement, engineering, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. Foster a culture of innovation within the supply chain. Collaborate with the procurement team to drive cost savings and identify areas for continuous improvement. Introduce and promote best practices and continuous improvement in analytics for the team. - Ideation: Drive ideation for DtV, serving as the central hub for ideas and execution in the Coffee Business unit. Combine internal and external data sources to identify, assess, and prioritize strategic DtV opportunities. - Execution: Manage projects, identifying and clearing roadblocks and escalating issues when necessary. Stay informed about the latest technologies and methodologies in the market. Analyze spend data to prioritize sourcing-related analyses. Coordinate cross functional teams to execute new product initiatives. Communicate project requirements and launch strategy to various stakeholders. Update tracking and reporting tools to monitor project execution and its impact. Identify root causes of supply chain-related gaps and risks, and support their resolution. Foster a positive team environment focused on open communication and continuous improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or Marketing (pertaining to new product introduction). - MBA preferred but not required. - Proven track record in driving process excellence. - Strong collaboration and leadership skills. - Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving. - Ability to travel 25%-30%.
