Job Description

Welcome to ATS! We are a company that has been around since 1985, with operations in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Our expertise lies in Industrial Maintenance, where we strive to optimize factory performance.

What You'll Do:

• Perform entry level break-fix and preventative maintenance, such as adjusting device parts and control instruments, repairing or replacing defective parts, and fixing machine tools.
• Support and assist other team members as needed.
• Maintain compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in on-the-job training for career development.
• Update records in our CMMS.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) activities, sharing insights on processes, results, and cost savings.
• Adhere to safety policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines. Stay aware of potential hazards and identify unsafe behaviors or conditions.

What You'll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

As part of your role, you can expect to:

• Stand and walk
• Use hands/fingers to handle or feel objects
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb or balance on heights (may require a ladder or lift)
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces
• Talk or hear

There may also be occasional sitting, lifting and/or moving of more than 50 pounds, and exposure to outside weather conditions and risks of electrical shock.

Work is typically performed in a factory environment, which can be loud and may involve exposure to hazardous materials, as well as greasy or slippery factory floors.
