Job Description - Adhere to departmental procedures to ensure compliance with life, safety, fire, and hazardous waste requirements. - Triage and coordinate patient care, ensuring smooth clinical flow. - Prepare patients for exams, assist providers with procedures, and carry out orders, such as administering tests, X-rays, and medications. - Perform health assessments, prepare for physicals, calibrate equipment, and conduct various tests (e.g., respiratory approvals, EKGs, drug testing). - Enter and oversee data entry using the SYSTOC computer system. - Manage medication and supply inventory. - Review physical and test results with providers and handle phone calls regarding case management and test/physical results. Experience Requirements - Preferably 1-3 years of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting, but we will also consider new graduates. Education Requirements - LPN degree from an accredited nursing program is required. License/Certification Requirements - Must have a current NJ-LPN license. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Special Requirements - The ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the elderly, refugees, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and veterans.
