As an On-Demand TM at Target, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you, posted by leaders or other team members through our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our attempts to contact you.

We will reach out to you throughout the year to confirm your availability and interest in working shifts at Target. To maintain your employment, regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months.

If you are offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo a short-term structured training schedule to prepare you for your new role. Afterwards, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, your role is crucial in creating an inclusive and positive guest experience. You will exceed guest service expectations by engaging with guests, solving concerns, and promoting our various benefits, offerings, and services. You will specialize in areas such as checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive up.

In this role, you will have meaningful experiences and opportunities to build and develop skills for your career. Some key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming experience and addressing guest needs
• Being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store
• Thanking guests and making them feel valued for choosing Target
• Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in scanning and bagging items
• Assisting guests with returns and promoting the Target RedCard
• Supporting services like Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry
• Maintaining a clean work area and following safety policies
• Adapting to evolving technology needs and working both independently and as part of a team
