    FIS provides secure card personalization solutions to help businesses connect with their cardholders and grow their organizations.

    What you will be doing:

    • Provide customer support to business customers via telephone, email, or instant message.
    • Resolve a targeted percentage of customer inquiries and escalate technical issues to the proper department.
    • Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and resolve issues using appropriate tools and resources.
    • Learn from coaching and mentoring to expand your knowledge and find appropriate solutions to escalated problems.
    • Track and document support requests and update customer information.

    • Excellent customer service skills and prior call center experience.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Computer navigation and operation skills.
