Warehouse Associate

- Earn wages of $18.75 to $21.25 per hour based on shift (including shift differential pay or key premium pay)
- Wage increases approximately every 6 months for 36 months
- Safety is our priority, and we provide training to ensure a safe working environment
- Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests
- Accurately process merchandise for our stores and guests
- Work safely, quickly, and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Problem-solving to support continuous improvement
- Positive and respectful attitude while working independently or in a team
- Job duties may change at any time due to business needs

Job requirements:

- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
- Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Ability to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
- Computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices with minimal direction after training
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English sufficiently
