What will you do in this role?

As a Clinical Partner (CP), you will support a licensed caregiver and perform various direct patient care activities or tasks specific to the unit and patient population. Your responsibilities will include maintaining competency skills to provide care to diverse patient populations, identifying safety concerns based on patient age, and promoting a safe environment. Additionally, you will assist with patient transfers and discharges, perform procedures like dispensing bedpans and using skin care products and pressure relieving devices.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• California Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or The American Red Cross.
• Minimum of one (1) year previous experience as a Licensed CNA in an acute care facility (hospital or medical center strongly preferred) or long-term-care hospital (such as a convalescent, skilled nurse facility, or physical rehabilitation center).
• Proficient in spoken and written English to carry out the duties described in this job description.
