    About the team:

    As a Business System Analyst II for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will play multiple roles: project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst, and systems administrator. Your main responsibilities include onboarding customers, providing support to internal stakeholders, and connecting applications to IdP Cloud. IdP Cloud is a centralized, cloud-based identity management system that offers authentication, authorization, user management, and single sign-on (SSO) services for various FIS applications. This position is exciting as it involves working with different business areas and financial services.

    What you will be doing:

    • Providing general project management support and updates for ongoing initiatives
    • Leading small to medium projects for teams utilizing IdP Cloud features
    • Offering configuration support for new and existing tenants in IdP Cloud
    • Managing new tenant creation requests
    • Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities
    • Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities
    • Assisting in troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console
    • Assisting with the configuration and testing of new SSO projects
    • Responding to support requests from various business areas, adhering to our internal Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Coordinating with the help desk team leaders for minor support requests (e.g., suspensions, OTP resets)
    • Communicating ticket status to users and stakeholders, including senior leaders
    • Performing regular maintenance of system data
    • Coaching junior team members
    • Performing general system administrative duties

    What you bring:

    This position does not require programming or engineering experience, but it does require a strong aptitude for understanding and using web technology. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with technology and software and has a willingness to learn.

    Other key skills include:

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills - as you will be communicating with large audiences
    • Customer-oriented mindset - we strive to provide excellent service!
    • Ability to manage multiple projects/activities concurrently - you thrive in a fast-paced environment!
    • General technical knowledge - you understand how the web works
    • Comfortable with new technologies/concepts - we are always innovating

    This position may require occasional late-night or weekend work. Occasional travel may also be needed, but it is rare.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
    • 5+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, or administering cloud-based technologies
