ABOUT THE JOB

As a team member in our smallest format stores, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes cashiering, stocking, and ensuring that products are available and accurately priced. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow in a retail environment.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Experience in building a guest-first culture
• Knowledge in areas such as department sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, and inventory management
• Support in achieving sales goals and completing daily tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage with guests in a genuine and respectful manner
• Assist guests and anticipate their needs
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked and well-maintained
• Accurately handle transactions and process deliveries
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to adapt to new technology
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to operate a cash register
• Comfortable with climbing ladders and lifting items up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
