    Job Opportunity: US Cruise Business Manager

    We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to help launch and grow Booking.com's cruise business in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture in the travel industry, working with a top priority market.

    Your Role:

    • Define the long-term vision and growth goals for the US cruise business.
    • Collaborate with different teams to scale the business and ensure success.
    • Build a strong relationship with our third-party cruise partner and improve the customer experience.
    • Lead marketing campaigns and guide the development of new features and functionality.
    • Analyze data and measure the impact of different initiatives to drive future improvements.
    • Promote the US cruise business within Booking.com and inspire teams to support its growth.
    • Stay up-to-date with the cruise industry and competitors to enhance our value proposition.

    Your Qualifications:

    • At least 7 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or product roles in the US travel market, ideally with cruise industry experience.
    • A growth mindset and proven ability to deliver business and financial results.
    • Analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
    • Experience in product and partnership marketing, with a focus on customer growth.
    • Proven track record in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and organizations.
    • Project management skills, with the ability to provide feedback and optimize marketing assets.
    • Ability to work in a global organization with diverse teams and different time zones.
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments.
