About the Fulfillment Role:

Fulfillment Experts are experts in operations, process, and efficiency. They ensure that our guests receive their orders exactly as they want them. The fulfillment team picks, preps, packs, sorts, and ships products safely and efficiently to provide convenience and quality for our guests.

What You Can Expect as a Fulfillment Expert:

• Experience in a dynamic work environment where your work changes based on guest ordering patterns
• Skills to assess daily business and use tools to meet digital demand
• Knowledge of reporting systems to understand digital guest traffic patterns and adapt to guest demand
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process improvement

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting all guests
• Observe and understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engage with guests, ask questions to understand their specific needs
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience
• Select items for order pickup, drive up, and ship to home for digital orders
• Accurately handle order pickups and prepare guest orders for shipment
• Meet productivity metrics and fulfillment goals
• Deliver on guest order promise times
• Maintain organized workspace and supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices
• Support guest services and maintain compliance with relevant laws
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Ability to handle cash register operations
• Ability to climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
