    As an On-Demand team member, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those who prefer a personalized work schedule.

    • ✅ Pick up shifts on your own schedule using our myTime mobile scheduling app.
    • ✅ Actively engage by picking up and working shifts and responding to our contact attempts.
    • ✅ Regular attendance and working at least one shift within 6 months is required.
    • ✅ Attend Target Welcome orientation and short-term structured training.

    We are looking for Guest Advocates who prioritize the guest experience. You will welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. As a Guest Advocate, you will be knowledgeable about our products and services, and you will make shopping effortless and seamless for guests.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Guest Advocate, you will have a variety of responsibilities:

    • ➡️ Deliver exceptional guest service.
    • ➡️ Create a welcoming experience for all guests.
    • ➡️ Engage with guests and understand their specific needs.
    • ➡️ Provide knowledge and assistance with products and services.
    • ➡️ Thank guests and demonstrate appreciation.
    • ➡️ Efficiently scan, bag, and handle guest items.
    • ➡️ Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
    • ➡️ Inform guests about store activities and promotions.
    • ➡️ Promote and assist with Target RedCard applications.
    • ➡️ Educate guests about fulfillment services and the Target App.
    • ➡️ Handle returns and solve guest concerns.
    • ➡️ Provide easy and seamless service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
    • ➡️ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • ➡️ Adhere to safety and compliance policies.
    • ➡️ Support guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up.
    • ➡️ Perform other duties as needed.
