About the On-Demand Position

As an On-Demand team member (TM), you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule will depend on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you. You will not be included on the posted weekly schedule. It is important to actively engage by picking up and working shifts and responding to our contact attempts.

We will contact you throughout the year (using your provided contact information) to confirm your availability and interest in working shifts. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment.

If selected for the On-Demand TM position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your new role. After training, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you desire to work.

About the Guest Advocate Position

As a Guest Advocate, your role is to provide exceptional customer service and create an inclusive guest experience. You will engage with guests, solve issues, and promote various benefits, offerings, and services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create a welcoming experience for all guests by greeting them authentically
• Identify guests' needs and provide helpful assistance
• Be knowledgeable about products and services to enhance the guest experience
• Thank guests and make them feel valued for choosing Target
• Promote and sell the Target RedCard and other offerings
• Assist with order pick-up and drive-up services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
