    Main Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining and ensuring the safety of vehicles for our customers
    • Performing preventive maintenance services with minimal supervision
    • Repairing and troubleshooting various vehicle components
    • Keeping work area clean and safe
    • Using Penske's tools and technologies for repairs and diagnostics
    • Continuing to learn and develop new skills
    • Completing assigned projects and tasks

    General Requirements:

    • 3 years of practical experience in vehicle maintenance
    • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical certification preferred)
    • Specialized training and experience in diagnosing major vehicle components
    • Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and hand/power tools
    • Valid driver's license
    • Problem-solving skills and good customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work well as part of a team
    • Willingness to work in various conditions
    • Basic computer skills

    Physical Requirements:

    This job may require the ability to:

    • Understand and follow instructions
    • See and communicate effectively
    • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects
