Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour

What We Offer

As an On-Demand team member, you have the flexibility to create your own schedule that works best for you. Pick up shifts via our mobile scheduling app and work as much or as little as you like. We value your active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our communication attempts throughout the year.

Regular attendance is important, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months.

What You'll Do as a Guest Advocate

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests
• Understand and promote the products, services, and offerings available at Target
• Scan and bag items efficiently, following food safety standards
• Assist guests with returns and resolve concerns
• Deliver seamless service to guests utilizing Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety policies and procedures

• You are comfortable with technology and willing to learn and adapt
• You can work both independently and as part of a team

What You Need to Know

• Accurate cash handling skills
• Ability to lift and move merchandise, up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement in picking up and working shifts as well as responding to communication attempts
