    Job Description

    Job Title: Global Life Cycle Management (LCM) Head - Pulmonology, Rhinology & Allergy, Gastroenterology Medical Affairs

    Sanofi is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Global LCM Head for Pulmonology, Rhinology & Allergy, Gastroenterology Medical Affairs. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of evidence generation for the Rhinology, Allergy, & Gastroenterology indications for Dupilumab and Itepekimab in the Global Immunology Franchise. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing care for patients and being a resource to our customers.     Responsibilities:

    • Lead the integrated evidence generation strategy in collaboration with internal indication leads and cross-functional partners
    • Develop the Life Cycle Management (LCM) portion of the yearly Global Medical Plan
    • Identify and contribute to novel LCM opportunities for Dupilumab in Phase IIIb/IV
    • Ensure Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) align with strategic objectives
    • Communicate the product life-cycle management strategy to regional/local Medical Affairs teams
    • Establish strong networks within the MA organization and other stakeholders
    • Plan, execute, and report clinical studies in accordance with established budgets and timelines
    • Contribute to the improvement of phase IV study processes and best practices
    • Manage financial aspects of LCM studies, ISSs, and other medical activities
    • Develop a patient-centric approach to medical strategy
    • Liaise with experts in the respiratory field, academics, professionals, and patient associations
    • Collaborate with alliance partners and stakeholders in Research and Clinical Development, Commercial, Business Development, Health Economics and Value Access, Outcome Research, and Product Management Functions
    • Travel may be required, up to 30%

    Basic Qualifications:

    • MD, PharmD, or PhD with study protocol development and management experience
    • Minimum 10 years of industry medical affairs and/or clinical development experience
    • Prior experience in a Global or at least Regional medical affairs role
    • Prior experience in Immunology/Immuno-inflammation/Immuno-oncology required
    • Experience working within an international company with a complex organizational environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Pulmonologist with global experience highly advantageous
    • Experience in Medical Affairs with pulmonology, rhinology, allergy, or gastroenterology biologics highly advantageous
    • Able to work on projects in coordination with the Alliance partner and establish excellent working relationships and credibility
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech drug development and commercialization process
    • Leadership skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
    • Patient-centric mindset
    • Highest level of integrity and commitment to ethics and scientific standards
