If you're looking for a personalized work schedule, the On-Demand TM role at Target might be perfect for you. As an On-Demand TM, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members that align with your availability. Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to our communication attempts is required for this role. It's important to maintain regular attendance and work at least one shift within 6 months to continue employment with Target. Once hired, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term structured training schedule to prepare for your new role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you want to work.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest experience is at the heart of what we do at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will play a crucial role in exceeding guest service expectations by providing a welcoming and inclusive experience. You will interact with guests, solve their concerns, and promote the various benefits, offerings, and services available at Target. A typical day may include tasks such as greeting guests, assisting them in finding products and services, scanning and bagging items, promoting the Target RedCard, and delivering seamless and effortless service in areas like Order Pick Up and Drive Up. Additionally, maintaining a clean work area, adhering to safety policies and compliance, and supporting other guest services are part of the role.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

If you enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment, interacting with people, and making things easy for others, you might be a great fit for our team. Effective communication skills, a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt to technology, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. You must also be able to handle cash transactions, lift and move merchandise, and have a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. As an On-Demand TM, your active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to our communication attempts is required.
