Millennium Surgical Center is currently hiring a full-time Materials Manager. This includes ordering and receiving supplies, stocking inventory, and assisting with invoice processing. We are looking for a motivated individual who can handle physical tasks as this position requires 90% physical activity. Prior knowledge of the perioperative environment is preferred. Required Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Two years of experience in Materials Management in a healthcare setting. - Strong customer service skills. - Proficiency in math and analytical skills. - Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute preferred. - Experience with computer applications like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Ability to interact with the public and fellow staff members with tact. - Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities. - Ability to handle repetitive tasks. - Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. - Physical capabilities, including standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting heavy items overhead. - Comfortable working in a clean and sterile environment.
