    About the team

    The U.S. Credit team works together with merchants, business development teams, relationship managers, transaction risk analysts, compliance, and legal departments to manage risk while supporting growth goals. We're a diverse team with the potential to make a significant positive impact. The US Credit Team plays a key role at FIS by ensuring the initial and ongoing creditworthiness of our merchants.

    What you will be doing

    • Performing thorough financial analysis on prospective and current merchants
    • Collaborating with internal and external partners to mitigate risk
    • Providing proper recommendations based on analysis of financial statements
    • Evaluating complex issues and prioritizing various factors
    • Establishing appropriate credit limits and collateral
    • Communicating effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
    • Assessing potential regulatory and reputational risks
    • Monitoring and communicating credit concerns to management
