** Branch Collections Specialist**

At OneMain, we are looking for a friendly and compassionate individual to join our team as a Branch Collections Specialist. In this role, you will be reaching out to customers to help them find solutions for their financial obligations. We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers and providing them with the support they need to succeed.

In the Role:

• Conduct high-volume collections activities to meet delinquency goals for an assigned branch
• Work with customers in a consultative manner, negotiating and finding resolutions for their account matters
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service by effectively managing multiple responsibilities
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to overcome objections and resolve customer delinquencies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
