    About the Team

    Our Workforce Transformation team at FIS is dedicated to transforming talent practices to support our company's growth strategy. We combine various strengths such as Organizational Development and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition and Management, and more to create a cohesive people strategy for success.

    We're currently seeking internal Organizational Development Consultants to collaborate with our People Partners and Global leaders. In this role, you will contribute to delivering world-class Organizational Development and Design, People Change Management, Talent Management and Succession, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Culture Change initiatives.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Work as part of an agile team to support TPO Business Partners, and OD Leads on various organizational development programs
    • Conduct assessments of organizational current state through interviews, focus groups, and workshops
    • Analyze workforce data to identify opportunities for organizational optimization
    • Consult with Business Partners to understand their needs and develop initiatives to support their people strategy plan
    • Create change impact assessments and plans to ensure successful implementation of OD changes
    • Collaborate with other teams such as Talent Acquisition, Global Learning, Employee Experience, and more to support the OD Change plan

    What You Bring

    • Experience in People Change Consulting with a focus on Organization Development, Organization Design, or People Change Management
    • Experience in organizational development and design, including assessing, developing change plans, and implementing operating models
    • Ability to analyze data and present insights to facilitate decision-making
    • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with senior leadership teams
    • Experience in project and change management
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
    • Management consulting experience is a plus
    • Qualifications in Organizational Psychology, Business Psychology, or an MBA in HR are nice to have
