We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for external new hires (Current, CSMdRH, CSMC, and CSMDN employees are not eligible) and a $2,500 employee referral bonus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helping patients with daily activities such as feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Providing basic nursing care to non-acute and acute patients
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Working under the direction and supervision of registered nurses
• Answering phones and call lights
• Ensuring adequate supplies in the unit
• Assisting with patient transportation
• Performing other assigned duties

Shifts: Day Shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Experience:

Preferred: At least 1 year of nursing assistant experience

Strongly Preferred: 2 or more years of nursing assistant experience

Certifications:

Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant

Required: Current BCLS certification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Ability to effectively read and communicate in English

Basic computer skills
