Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or assigned supervisor. - Collect data through observation and communicate information to assist in patient assessment and care planning. - Participate as a member of the healthcare team and deliver care following the patient care plan and organization's policies. - Possess excellent communication skills and can provide mentoring and instruction. - May participate in committees or projects, including quality improvement projects. Qualifications - Graduate of a practical nursing school or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program. - One year of LPN experience within the last five years preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working in a team environment. - Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call. License or Certification - Must obtain a current LPN license according to applicable state requirements. - Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers. - Additional specialty certification/training may be required. Schedule - Part-time position with variable hours based on department need. - Will be scheduled for at least 32 hours per 8 weeks. - No weekends or holidays required. Compensation - $20.64 - $29.12 per hour.
