    Job Summary

    McKesson is seeking a Manager, Pricing and Business Development.

    Current Need

    The Pricing Manager will support the McKesson Health Systems segment with financial modeling for customers < $500m in annualized volume. This individual will also assist with high visibility projects/process improvement initiatives within the McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services organization. They will be responsible for performing ad hoc financial data analysis to drive profitability and maximize share of wallet. Additionally, in this role, they will be responsible for actively owning, maintaining, and improving Pricing tools, templates, and reports to advance Pricing team performance. The Pricing Manager will be actively engaged in coaching our Sr. Pricing Analysts through advanced/complex modeling scenarios. They will need to build and foster strong working relationships with internal clients to maintain engagement and enable pricing decisions based on market shifts and consolidation. A total package of qualities to be successful in the role will include advanced financial acumen/experiences, advanced technical skills, data analysis and project management skills. This is a DFW based position.

    Key Performance Metrics :

    • Support segment with complex customer financial modeling.

    • Execute customer/product level profitability and trending analyses to help inform pricing decisions.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and effectively implement for use by broader team.

    • Advanced communication to Sales and Leadership of customer and deal economics.

    • Build and maintain strong internal customer relationships.

    • Provide ad hoc customer and segment analysis.

    **Minimum Qualifications /Education: **

    • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 6-8+ years of relevant experience.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

    • Advanced technical skills related to data analysis and financial management.

    Critical Skills:

    • Advanced understanding of business management including Income Statements, EBIT, and Working Capital

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities

    • Strong PowerPoint and presentations skills

    • Ability to navigate through complex issues, interpret and transform financial data into recommendations to senior leadership

    • Ability to build pricing models using MS Excel (Advanced level)

    • Exposure to SQL / Snowflake and query building

    • Strong leadership skills with expectations of growth

    Salary: 95,300.00 - 127,100.00 - 158,900.00 USD Annual (Target 120K with 15% MIP)

    Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $95,300 - $158,900
