Associate Inside Sales Representative

In this role, you will become an expert in our products and services, providing technical advice and solutions to our customers. Whether it's over the phone, chat, web, or email, you'll help customers find the right products and configurations, answer their questions, and ensure their needs are met.

Location: Hopkinton, Massachusetts and Round Rock, Texas

What You'll Achieve

In our Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA), you'll embark on an intensive program designed to prepare you for long-term success within Dell Technologies. Over the course of two to three years, you'll start as an Associate Inside Sales Representative, receiving premier training in both technology and sales. As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, where you'll run sales campaigns and carry a quota. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We believe in your growth, and we want to see you succeed.

You Will:

• Engage with customers to drive company revenue and qualify opportunities
• Collaborate with various teams, including inside sales, field sales, renewals, and development
• Participate in competitions and meet metrics expectations

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree prior to start date
• Is passionate about sales in the technology industry
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibits leadership qualities, resilience, and coachability
• Is able to influence others and drive issues to closure

Compensation: $52,445 - $86,680 (depending on location)
