About the Job
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the development of new ventures within Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, from start to finish. You will work with a matrixed team, including support for the business model, to bring these ventures to life and scale them into successful business models. Additionally, you will be accountable for integrating new ventures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational success. As a leader, you will also oversee P&C functions and manage talent capabilities within your team. Your expertise in agile methodology and data analysis will be essential for driving the development process and achieving strategic milestones in the P&C industry.

Compensation:
USAA offers competitive compensation based on experience and market standards. The salary range for this position is $180,500.00 - $325,000.00. Eligible employees may also receive pay incentives based on performance and overall corporate goals as determined by the USAA Board of Directors. Executive-level employees may also participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan, a cash payment based on time and performance.
