About the Role:

As a Small Format Team Member at Target, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience in our smaller stores. You will be responsible for various tasks including cashiering, stocking, and providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience for all guests, greeting them authentically and providing assistance as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about the products and services available in the store to better assist guests.
• Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, stocked, and aligned with our pricing and promotion strategies.
• Complete tasks such as inventory management, price changes, and system audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, attending to spills and other maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow a multi-step process.
• Flexibility in working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle cash register operations and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
