Position: Registered Nurse

- Open to experienced nurses and new grad nurses
- Location: Francis 4 (FR4C) Trauma/Critical Care/General Surgery (General Care)
- Patient Care Type: Providing care to trauma and general surgery patients
- Nursing Team Roles: Emphasis on holistic patient care, patient education, wound management, discharge planning, and promoting independence
- All new grad nurses are automatically enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program
- Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, providing direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care, among other tasks
- Opportunities for career advancement and leadership roles
- Flexible scheduling options with day/evening/night shifts available
- Competitive salary: $37.20 - $55.84 per hour

Qualifications

- Student or graduate of a nursing program
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in a team environment
- Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations
- Current RN license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
