The current opportunity that we have is for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Central Fill Operational Team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities and functions of an Automated Refill Center, including budget analysis, inventory control, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. You will work closely with our leadership team to gather data, plan new initiatives, and identify potential risks. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Tracking metrics related to people, performance, and quality - Managing multiple priorities and complex situations - Ensuring the safety, security, and accuracy of products dispensed - Driving innovation and continuous improvement - Managing day-to-day operations and resource management - Attracting, engaging, and developing employees at all levels - Maintaining effective communication across the organization - Managing vendor relations and accounts payable processes - Implementing training programs and ensuring compliance - Driving process improvement and cost savings initiatives - Overseeing budgetary responsibility and analyzing costs The minimum requirements for this role are 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory or management experience. Critical skills for this role include experience in distribution and/or pharmacy operations, inspiring and leading a team, managing performance metrics, and strong communication and computer skills. SAP experience and understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations are desirable. Compensation for this position is competitive and determined based on factors such as performance, experience, skills, and market evaluations. The base pay range for this role is $70,400 - $117,300.
