About the On-Demand Position

Our On-Demand team members have the flexibility to work as much or as little as they like. Rather than being scheduled, you have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you. This is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

We require active engagement, meaning you must pick up and work shifts as well as respond to our attempts to contact you. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months. If we do not receive a response or you do not meet the attendance requirements, your employment may be terminated.

If selected for the On-Demand position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your role. After that, you can use our myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up shifts.

About Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for our guests. You will have the opportunity to exceed guest service expectations and provide them with seamless and effortless service across various areas of the store.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and authentically welcoming all guests
• Observing and tailoring your approach to meet individual guest needs
• Being knowledgeable about products and services to improve the guest experience
• Promoting and selling benefits, offerings, and services
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Ensuring safety and compliance
