Role Description

The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer will design and deliver technology infrastructure solutions to support Citi's product teams and functions. You will use your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to identify and develop solutions that address challenges. As a subject matter expert in LinuxONE hypervisor engineering, you will be responsible for systems configuration, capacity planning, performance analysis, and infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer LinuxONE hypervisor and related tooling.
• Analyze business requirements to integrate hardware, storage, operating systems, and connectivity solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in hypervisor engineering, systems configuration and integration, and performance analysis.
• Design and deliver resilient infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create infrastructure blueprints and design production solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and standardize design solutions.

Stakeholder Management and People Responsibilities

• Enhance client satisfaction through process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Understand how multiple areas work together to achieve business objectives.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Contribute to your own development by following development plans.
