What You Will Do:

As a postdoctoral researcher, you will utilize the latest advances in structural biology and biophysics to contribute to our research portfolio. Your main responsibility will be to establish a molecular cryoET and AI/ML enhanced hybrid microscopy workflow. This will enable us to visualize large conformational dynamics in protein complexes that have therapeutic relevance.

About You:

• Experience: Demonstrated contributions to structure biology and/or CryoEM research through peer-reviewed publications.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to handle multiple challenging projects.
• Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and enhance team-based progress.
• Ability to work independently, meet timelines, and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in cryoEM grid preparation, screening, and data collection.
• Knowledge of single particle cryoEM data processing, structure determination, and model building.
• Basic understanding of Linux terminal usage and shell-scripting. Experience in cloud computing, Python scripting, and AI/ML applications in structural biology is a plus.

Education:

• PhD in protein biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology, or related discipline.

Languages: English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Protein purification, analytical and biophysical characterization
• CryoET sample preparation, data collection, and processing
• Protein engineering and in silico protein design
