Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing excellent haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent salon experience (don't worry, training is provided!)
- The ability to work collaboratively with teammates to create a supportive and positive environment
